Sowing in the end of July for production in December/January. In cold
climas the sowing should be anticipated.
Head and leaves: Big head, protected externally
by green leaves, brighter and brighter approaching to the center, with

Features: very tasty. It's different from the
early Lusia variety for its resistance to cold temperatures, for its wilderness
and adaptivity can be cultivated in mountain zones.
